Julio Torres gets away with an abundance of quirkiness due to his likability and the oddball charm of his storytelling approach.

As much as I enjoyed the first one, this is even better.

Enough of the gags land, though what really makes this fun is the amused, strangely laid-back, chemistry of the stars.
